This position is responsible for the daily development, analysis, and preparation of information relating to financial analysis utilized for budgeting, forecasting, reconciling, and accuracy of all AP department postings to the General Ledger. This position is highly analytical and requires extensive attention to detail in addition to detailed understanding of data sources available. The ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously are also key attributes of this position. Tight time constraints and short deadlines are imposed on these tasks such as month end closes, weekly check cycles etc., which require excellent time management skills and the ability to handle stressful situations. Four year business degree or equivalent work experience. Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Access. High level of communication skills. Advanced level of analytical skills. Ability to prioritize and meet short deadlines
