This position is responsible for all department service levels and working closely with the department manager to ensure that we keep our customer first philosophy. Responsibilites include: Managing, planning and coordinating clericals to meet deadlines that are set by the department manager; Making sure all 2nd shift team members are trained on the pick process; Tracking and monitoring team members attendance and productivity; Reviewing bi-weekly/monthly production and bi-annual performance appraisals. Strong computer and communication skills; Knowledge of company policies and procedures; Ability to coach and develop team members; Experience writing and giving bi-annual performance appraisals; Must be highly motivated and able to multi-task; Prior supervisory experience preferred.
