RESPONSIBILITIES: * Field and execute requests for various reports, strategy changes, account removals, agent skill changes, agent status change and account research • Communicate with the recovery management staff during system issue. • Maintain consistent dialer pacing levels based on the recovery department standards and Noble dialer options • Produce daily dialer statistic projection reports and distribute to the recovery staff. • Maintain scheduling flexibility based on departmental needs • Demonstrate a professional and helpful manner at all times • Work with other departments in a professional manner • Show initiative by asking for additional responsibilities, maintaining knowledge, and utilizing all resources available. • Provide feedback throughout the day the recovery staff on dialer performance, agent performance and system health. QUALIFICATIONS: * Proficient in versions 1997, 2003 and 2007 of Microsoft Access, Excel, Word and Outlook. Other proficiencies should include Crystal Reports and Windows Media • Strong problem solving skills • Ability to multi-task • Ability to work independently • Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities • Knowledge of Sterling systems (CACS, HP Credit, Noble dialer) • Strong communication skills • Basic website/html knowledge
