Sterling Jewelers is currently seeking an HRIS Analyst to join our Human Resources Team. The incumbent will have overall responsibility for operational support of Lawson HRIS system, end user support, project coordination, and analysis activity to support human resources information needs.
Accountabilities:
· Coordinate maintenance, upgrades and continuous improvement through various vendors and departments to sustain acceptable levels of service
· Ability to solve problems related to Lawson system operation and perform general "troubleshooting"
· Keep abreast of industry and vendor developments to enhance and impact current processes and future strategies
· Complete assigned projects, analysis and reporting as required (turnover, EEO-1, customized research reports)
· Manage compliance-oriented efforts relating to legal standards and corporate policies
· Partner with various corporate departments to support new initiatives and non-routine requests for Lawson system support
· Provide training to end-users
· HRIS Lead support for HR Express
Position Requirements:
· Proven technical skills with vendor/software in the HRIS arena
· Strong multi-tasking, organizational and interpersonal skills
· 4 year degree
· General project management skills
· Excellent Excel/Access knowledge; Lawson experience desirable
· Consistent regular scheduled attendance is considered an essential function of this job
