If you're interested in taking your career to new heights, we have an immediate need for a full-time experienced Certified Overhead Crane Inspector in LaPlace, LA.  This position is responsible for performing scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance in accordance with established guidelines, consult with customer regarding all deficiencies / issues noted, and completing all required documentation.  In addition, the Inspector is a major contributor to the branch sales effort and is responsible for solicitation of service repairs. 

The ideal candidate will have:

• Overhead Crane Inspection Certification from an accredited program that meets OSHA and ASME standards, and endorses the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) standards.
• Minimum of 2-years of electric overhead travelling crane inspection and/or maintenance experience
• Demonstrated commitment to safety
• Proven success in sales
• Valid driver's license

In addition, willingness to work overtime and on-call rotation is required.  Minimal overnight travel may be required to assist other branches and/or to attend training or other meetings.

Finally, candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.  No relocation assistance is available.
