If you're interested in taking your career to new heights, we have an immediate need for a full-time Management Development Participant- Service in LaPlace, LA. 

This is a 1-3 year, entry-level, hands-on training program in crane maintenance technologies to prepare individuals for advancement in sales, supervision and branch management positions.  During the training period, the MDP participant will work alongside individuals in a variety of roles in the field and in an office setting. 

Requirements
Candidates should have a 4-year degree in business, engineering or related field; proven track record of excellence in customer service; demonstrated commitment to safety (including good driving record); strong organizational skills; and comfortable working at heights approximately 6 ft. to 40ft. off the ground are required.  Prior experience working with mechanical and electrical equipment is a plus.

Some travel is required.  In addition, candidate must be open to future relocation.

Candidates must also be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.  No relocation assistance is available.
