If you're interested in taking your career to new heights, we have an immediate need for a full-time experienced Offer Engineer in Oak Creek, WI or Houston, TX. 

This position will provide sales/estimating with detailed technical solutions and dimensional proposal drawing, according to customer/sales specifications.  Pre-designed solutions, components, application packages are the bases for each application.  Offer pricing, including but not limited to component pricing, installation and start-up costs, freight, spare parts packages and local supplied items such as lights, transformers, steel and festoons etc.  Work closely with Application Engineering support in Finland, local Engineering and estimators, participate and support sales in bid meetings as needed. Work closely with crane manufacturing to assure accuracy of labor hour estimates, utilize ERP systems to monitor and gather data for previously delivered projects. Create and update pricing libraries and tools for more efficient and accurate pricing.  Review of the final job cost once a project is delivered and completed with the main purpose of learning and understanding the actual costs to assure future estimates will be accurate.

The ideal candidate shall have the following:

• A 4 year degree and/or equivalent in Mechanical/Structural engineering is preferred, but experience in a similar environment will be considered.
• Must understand and be able to apply industry codes.
• Use of Autocad/ Vertex and Microsoft Office is a must.
• Ability to speak fluently in Spanish and English preferred.

 Finally, candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.  No relocation assistance is available.
