If you’re interested in taking your career to new heights, we have an immediate need for an Electrical Supervisor in Franklin, OH. This opening is a hands on working supervisor position.  Will plan, wire, test and layout components for all types of motor control wiring cranes, trolleys, cabs, panels and control houses.  Will interact with other supervisors, engineers and project managers.  Will lead, train, supervise, plan and schedule the electrical department to maximize profitability and productivity. Promotes and drives safety initiatives, including safety programs, training, accident investigations, accident prevention/corrective action, and setting safe work practices within the department. In addition purchase department supplies to ensure products are available in line with the production schedule.

Associates degree in Industrial Electricity, Electronics Engineering Technology or related experience plus previous supervision experience required.  Must be self motivated, display leadership abilities, Must have a minimum of five years of related experience plus be computer literate in Excel and Word.  Knowledge of PLC controls including HMI hardware and software applications along with a good understanding of manufacturing process is a plus.

Some domestic travel may be required.
