Service Coordinator
Konecranes is the industry shaping global leader in manufacturing and servicing overhead cranes and other lifting equipment. We serve a broad range of customers, including manufacturing and process industries, shipyards, ports and terminals.
The Service Coordinator will be responsible for assisting Service Manager with day to day operations. Duties include, but are not limited to; planning, scheduling and coordinating field service work/ outage support with technicians and customers. Gathering hours/ cost for service jobs and correctly invoicing the customer. Assist sales staff with quote preparations and planning. Maintain a positive customer relationship while ensuring the on time completion of all required work and documentation.
Requirements Knowledge of mechanical and electrical crane components, and the ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings is a plus. Must be a self starter with strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work through cross functional teams. The ability to use MS Projects, Excel and Word is a plus. Any candidate possessing a positive attitude and a willingness to learn will be considered. The ability to gain access to nuclear facilities is required.
