If you’re interested in taking your career to new heights, we have an immediate need for a full-time Training Instructor-Electrical in New Berlin.  The individual will provide technical overhead crane instruction for customers at the Konecranes Training Institute as well as field locations and Regional Seminars.   Develop and improve training presentations, course materials and hands-on exercises used in our customer training programs.  Courses will include Electrical Maintenance, VFD Controls, Static Stepless, Operator, Rigging and Crane Inspection.

Requirements:

·         A minimum of 5 years’ field experience in the crane industry and must have excellent proven communication and presentation skills. 

·         Individual will have a minimum of a 2 year technical degree in electrical/electronics or equivalent training experience.  

·         Must be proficient in technical training development using PowerPoint and Word. 

·         Knowledge of Static Stepless control or DC is a plus.

·         Customer focus is a key for this position with the desire and ability to satisfy our training customers.

·         50% to 75% travel will be required domestically and internationally
