If you’re interested in taking your career to new heights, we have an immediate need for a full-time experienced Manufacturing Engineer in Watertown, WI. 

 

This candidate will be responsible for process engineering including routings, standardization of methods for machining, capital equipment projects, improvement of manufacturing cells and various miscellaneous projects as assigned. This candidate will work in close coordination with the Master Scheduler, Subcontract Supervisor, Estimators, and purchasing to ensure cost control and on time delivery. This candidate will also work closely with shop floor personal on set up reduction, quality improvements and overall throughput.

 

Qualifications:

The qualified candidate will have a minimum of three-years manufacturing engineering experience.  Qualified candidates will possess a BS in Engineering, BMSE or BS in Industrial Engineering.  Strong organizational and communication skills are required, along with a working knowledge of computers.  Experience with CNC programming, Kaizen events, 5S, 6 sigma and continuous improvement projects is a plus.

 

Finally, candidate must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.  No relocation assistance is available.
