Job Responsibilities

 
     
   

This position involves creating end-to-end system models of ASIC sensing hardware and exploring the system performance of new design approaches. The modeling will involve Matlab, Simulink, ADS and VerilogA.  Significant experience modeling analog and RF ASIC designs, co-simulation and overall system architecture are pre requisites for this position.  Having experience specifically with capacitive touch sensor is a major plus.

We are seeking a team-oriented individual with excellent problem solving skills who is self-driven with a keen technical mind and an eye for detail.  He or she must be effective in a fast-paced, highly technical R&D environment.  System-level analysis, modeling and design are central to this position. 

     

Required Qualifications

 
     
   
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ASIC mixed signal and system modeling.
  • Strengths in system theory and electronics, both analog and digital.
  • Rigorous and methodological approach to problem solving
  • Hands-on design, bring-up, test and debug skills
  • Attention to detail!
     

Desired Qualifications

 
     
   
  • Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Capacitive sensing experience is a strong plus.
  • Experience with Verilog-A, SystemC, Simulink, Matlab.
  • RF system design and digital communication.
