| Job Responsibilities |

The successful candidate will lead technology development across the company. To be successful a demonstrable track record of process technology development and device physics and leadership qualities are a priority.
The primary responsibilities include coordinating fab partners and external technology suppliers to provide the vision and drive to develop new technologies. The right candidate needs to have expertise in DRAM, non-volatile flash memory and new device technologies. This position is critical for the company’s next generation of Touch and integrated Touch and Display products utilizing advance CMOS processes with embedded memory. This individual will work with device and process integration experts at our foundry partners to develop and bring-up new technologies. The ability to articulate the company’s technology direction and drive technology launches successfully cross-functionally is critical. Hands-on expertise in technology development and demonstrated working relationship with Foundry Partners in US and Asia on technology selection and development are required.
Key deliverables in the first 12 months include 65nm embedded DRAM and 55nm embedded flash process initiatives, strategies for next generation technologies and company-wide coordination of our process roadmap. This individual will drive long term process technology roadmap to higher levels of integration, innovative, performance, cost and lower power consumption.

| Required Qualifications |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Prefer experience with technology development, working closely with Foundry and customers, working with design and architecture teams on embedded flash and DRAM technologies at 65nm and below. Experience with debugging various transistor device types, modeling, simulation experience and technology roadmap is a critical success factor. Frequent international travel is expected to occur.
Education and experience should be minimum 10+ years of experience with Master or PhD.
