Capital District Physicians’ Health Plan, Inc. (CDPHP) has been serving New York state residents since 1984, when it was founded by local physicians in Albany, N.Y., as an independent, not-for-profit health plan. Still guided by physicians, CDPHP and its affiliates currently serve members in 29 counties throughout New York state and seven counties in Vermont. Renowned regionally and nationally for outstanding quality and customer service, CDPHP offers a broad portfolio of health care products and services for both large and small employers.
