Delighting Members MetroPlus Health Plan will have as its primary focus assuring that its members receive timely and appropriate health care in a manner that is respectful of their individual needs, provides members with easy to understand information that educates them about their rights and responsibilities as members of the plan, and educates them about the value of healthy life styles and regular preventive care.
Partnering with Providers MetroPlus Health Plan will work both internally and with its providers to eliminate bureaucratic barriers to care and to timely payment of claims.
