When a job is posted on BestJobsUSA.com, we guarantee that it will run until the client has notified us that the position has been filled (or a maximum of one year). Most of our clients will notify us that the position has been filled and we will delete the job description from our database.

If you do not reply to a job that you consider " old," you may be depriving yourself of a very good new employer because:

• Many of our clients are national companies with offices in every city or every state. They may post a single job description, but need multiple candidates to fill that same position in many locations. These job descriptions can stay online for months at a time.
• The worst case scenario is that a company has forgotten to alert us to remove their job description and the position is filled. However, your application is still going straight to the desk of a hiring manager who may match your qualifications to a job you didn't know the company had available!
• If you are prepared for an organized and successful job search, applying to an online job description should take you no time. You should have your resume in our Apply Online database.
